About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Dante Group Ltd. As a key member of our customer contact team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, managing the full recruitment process, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from job briefing to placement
- Sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to the right opportunities
- Providing professional advice to clients on hiring and market trends
- Delivering excellent service and consistently exceeding expectations
- Working hard, staying organized, and thriving in a target-driven environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a client-facing or recruitment/sales environment
- Proven ability to work hard, manage pressure, and deliver results
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A diploma or degree (not necessarily in HR)
