About the Role
We are seeking a world-class Lodge Manager to take the helm of a premier luxury lodge in the iconic Madikwe Game Reserve. As a hospitality leader who lives and breathes the “human element” of service, you will ensure that both guests and staff thrive in a high-performance, high-luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of all lodge departments to ensure five-star standards are met.
- Manage the full cash book function, daily reconciliations, VAT, and monthly reporting (experience with QSA or similar accounting software is highly advantageous).
- Act as a mentor and manager, overseeing staff wellness, training, and the 21/7 rotational schedules.
- Maintain a high-profile presence, engaging with international travelers to ensure an unforgettable safari experience.
- Submit and manage Capex documentation, oversee maintenance schedules, and ensure the staff village and lodge facilities remain in top condition.

Salary & Benefits
- R30,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
- 7% company provident fund contribution
- 50% medical aid subsidy (capped at R1,800/pm) after 3 months
- Full accommodation, utilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi included
- Meals: Three balanced meals per day served on a 7-day rotational staff menu
- Access to a fully equipped staff gym and a recreation centre with a pool and games room
- Covered parking for personal vehicles and a dedicated shuttle service for staff
- Weekly transport from the Madikwe Reserve gates is provided
