About the Role
We are seeking a Parts Sales Representative to join our team in Pinnerwood, Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts
- Provide expert advice on parts and accessories to customers
- Manage multiple client requests and prioritize tasks effectively
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent 12 years experience in parts sales or a similar role
- Code 8 drivers license
- Strong communication skills and confident, proactive approach
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests
- Basic English literacy (read and write)
