About the Role
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our boutique safari operation, where they will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our luxury lodge. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our guest-focused environment and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all administrative duties as expected in a lodge
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain files, records, and general office systems to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle emails, calls, and other communications professionally and efficiently
- Supervise and support staff complement
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role in a hospitality setting
- Basic understanding of accounts and bookkeeping (beneficial)
- Computer literate
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
