This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, detail-obsessed visual storyteller who thrives on turning meaningful narratives into striking, on-brand design across digital and print platforms. The role plays a key part in shaping visual communication, supporting campaigns, and strengthening brand identity within an impact-driven environment. ? Key Responsibilities Multi-Page Document Design (Core Skill Adobe InDesign) Design annual reviews, reports, brochures, profiles, manuals, and product guides Apply strong layout principles using grids, margins, master pages, and styles Ensure consistency, flow, and brand alignment across large documents Prepare files for print, including correct bleed, slug, and pre-flight checks Product Photo Retouching & Photomontages Retouch imagery for colour accuracy, clarity, and presentation Create realistic photomontages and composites using Photoshop Apply masking, clipping paths, lighting, and shadow adjustments Infographics & Visual Content Design clean, modern infographics that simplify complex information Create vector-based icons and diagrams using Illustrator Maintain consistency in typography, colour, and hierarchy General Graphic Design Produce high-quality marketing and internal collateral for print and digital Manage and export assets in appropriate formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD, EPS) Maintain exceptional attention to detail and visual accuracy Presentations Design professional, engaging PowerPoint decks Use master slides, animations, and data visualisation where appropriate Prepare presentations for digital, PDF, or interactive use ? Candidate Requirements Minimum 35 years professional graphic design experience (or a strong portfolio demonstrating required skills) Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience) Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency In-depth knowledge of prepress processes, colour management, and print production Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working collaboratively and responding positively to feedback ?
