About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Support / Lead Generation consultant to join our growing financial services team in Cape Town City Centre. This role is ideal for someone with strong telephonic sales experience who enjoys engaging with prospective clients and working towards clear performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact prospective clients telephonically using provided leads
• Qualify leads by assessing suitability and interest before booking appointments
• Book appointments for insurance portfolio reviews with the adviser
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
• Accurately capture and update client information on the CRM system
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI’s
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance when dealing with clients
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ sales call centre experience (outbound experience preferred)
Proven ability to work with targets and KPI’s
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Confident, professional telephone manner
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R5,000 per month
Commission: Uncapped
On-Target Earnings (OTE): R25,000 – R30,000 per month
