City Deep: Commercial Sales Manager

About the Role

The City Deep Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our commercial sales team to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the automotive spare parts industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure individual and team success
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans

Requirements

• Grade 12
• At least 5 years of sales experience within the automotive spare parts industry
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role
