Job Summary

Reception/Office Administrator- 5-month Fixed Term Contract- Vereeniging

  • Available to start immediately
    Must be resident in the Vaal Triangle
  • Min Matric and relevant experience
  • Own reliable transport and valid drivers licence
  • Fully conversant in both English and Afrikaans
    Computer literate
  • Reception/ Switchboard and Office Administration duties
  • FICA documents for Client
  • Submitting reports
  • Typing pf Monthly Agenda for meetings
  • Ordering of stationary,  and refreshments and consumables
  • Petty Cash management
  • Maintain Office Diary
  • Typing of Minutes and attending Board meetings
  • Maintain reception area
  • If you do not meet the required criteria, you application will be deemed as unsuccessful
