Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring all areas of the lodge are impeccably clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality standards are met.
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service in line with the lodge’s high standards.
- Assign duties, allocate shifts, and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff.
- Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front-of-house, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a luxury lodge, hotel, or similar high-end hospitality environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to cleanliness and the ability to maintain a high standard of presentation.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and guests effectively.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
