Job Summary

Requirements:

Matric Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) Non-negotiable (Please attach all qualifications) Diploma in Business Administration (NQF Level 6) 3-4 years Sports Betting experience is essential 3-4 years Product (TAB Betting) knowledge is essential Proficiency in MS Office Suite, advanced Excel In-Depth knowledge of the business environment, the relevant role players within the business and their key functions and outcomes In depth knowledge of Raceday Manager/NRIS/RDI/Teledata Knowledge of Company policies and procedures application to the specific work environment to ensure work outcomes Ability to conduct a systematic check or assessment of Racing information Ability to work independently and effectively through others in the Company Ability to collect all relevant information, identify key issues, know when to escalate and make real time decisions Pay attention to all aspects of the job, accurately checking processes and tasks Ability to set high standards of work performance for self Good time management skills Ability to execute outputs with exactness and precision thereby eliminating errors Ability to be self-motivated Ability to act independently and start processes without any external motivation Able to work under pressure and be resilient Key Tasks: Ensure reporting and the creation of reports on key performance indicators, customer behavior and sportbook performance Provide reports on data insights to make data driven decisions and optimize sports betting offerings To create all pools Ensure sports event management: monitor and manage sports events, fixtures and schedules to ensure accurate and up to date information is available for customers Collaborate with data providers and internal teams to ensure timely updates and accuracy of events data Ensure Odds compilation: assist in the process of compiling and updating odds for various sports events, analyse historical data, form and other relevant factors to help determine off that reflect fair probabilities of betting outcomes Assist in creating and managing a diverse range of betting markets for various sports events, work with the trading team with the availability of competitive and engaging betting options Provide customer support related to Sports Betting professionally and timeously to queries, complaints and feedback Collaborate with the risk management team to identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and guidelines in the betting industry Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations that may impact sports betting operations Assist with adhoc duties as per operational requirements NB.
