Job Summary
Contract Length: 01 November 2024 to 31 August 2025 The candidate will be responsible for effective continuous planning, mapping and integrating of Group Parts processes to match the requirements of the SAP ET2000 and other interfacing system (e.g. Auto Part, E-Parts etc.) support. Ensuring timeous troubleshooting on systems issues relating to Auto part & SD (Sales and Distribution) processes. Potential duties within this position Supervise interfaces and tasks associated with Sales & Distribution operations on ET2000 (SD) to prevent any delays caused by system issues. Make sure that the daily business operations run smoothly by keeping the SAP ET2000, AutoPart, and Business Warehouse (BW) systems well maintained and stable. Maintain seamless and consistent data flow integration among SAP ET2000, AutoPart, and E-Parts systems. Liaison with functional supervisors and key leads to identify, coordinate, and troubleshoot key processes within Group Parts, in order to map current and proposed process flows for new systems projects like AutoPart. The Group Parts system continuously maps key processes related to SD, collaborating with departmental users and external service providers to ensure the proposed process flow meets business requirements and generates a single set of documentation. Perform a supportive role in project management for the implementation of new systems that integrate with SAP ET2000, including AutoPart and making changes and enhancements to SAP Modules according to the business plan and SD requirements. Make sure to achieve all Goals of the Project related to Expenses, Schedule, and Quality while reducing risks associated with Sustainable Development. Getting rid of unnecessary components through current procedures in collaboration with other important leaders to bring enhancements in the process. Take charge, oversee, and assist with the SAP Module (SD) throughout system and process rollouts and resolution of system process issues. Deliver and execute AutoPart solutions and process modifications for the company. Serve as a link between the dealer network and ET 2000 key leads to guarantee system health and compliance. Collaborate and assist in maintaining connections with ET2000 Governance teams (GPIC and PSAT) while the ET2000 consultant is unavailable to guarantee prompt approval of.
Requirements:
Tertiary Commerce qualification or alternatively an IT/ Process element qualification 5 years experience in the information systems field in the motor industry or equivalent 2 3 Years Group Parts Background / Experience (Preferably in Sales & Marketing) would be an added advantage SAP Exposure
