Host guests and ensure their needs are met. Maintain and upkeep gardens and property. Perform maintenance tasks as required. Oversee and manage various projects, ensuring timely completion. Handle administrative tasks related to property management. Desired Experience & Qualifications: For Both: Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work as a team, demonstrating leadership and a proactive approach. A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences. Her: Minimum of 3 years in hospitality, preferably in 4 or 5-star establishments. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in villa operations, including front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with Evivo Booking platform is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in financial management, marketing, and social media. Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure. Him: Valid Drivers License. Experience in villa maintenance and property upkeep. Ability to operate independently and handle various tasks.
