Job Summary
Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a similar position.
- Experience in the motor industry, preferably trucks, will be advantageous.
- Experience working with Pinnacle system will be advantageous.
- Ability to converse with staff and customers in a lucid and pleasant manner.
- Valid driving license.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
- Supply parts to the workshop and external customers.
- Sell the maximum number of products and obtain the best profit available within the corporate sales programme.
- Ensure the highest degree of Customer Satisfaction at all times, in accordance with Company sales policy to ensure future repeat sales.
- Introduce and follow up on new sales prospects.
- Examine all transactions on a weekly basis and advise how service may be improved to customers.
- Deal with all customer queries.
- Liaise with Sales Administration on availability of stock.
- Ensure utmost clarity in all contact with customers.
