Job Summary

Responsibilities:
Retail Property Management : Hands-on experience in managing retail property assets. Tenant Relations & Retention : Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, focusing on high tenant retention. Rent Collection : Responsible for timely and accurate collection of rent payments. Property Maintenance : Oversee property upkeep, ensuring all maintenance needs are met. Occupancy & Tenant Sourcing : Work to maintain full occupancy and actively seek new tenants when needed. Lease Agreements & Legal Documentation : Handle lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements:
Matric Minimum 3 years experience as a commercial property administrator or in a similar role Advanced Excel Skills Detail-Oriented Under Pressure – Meticulous and work well under a pressure to complete tasks requested Mathematical Proficiency – Strong mathematical skills. i.e. fractions; percentages etc. Diligent, hard-working, young and vibrant
