Job Summary
Job & Company Description: This established and growing manufacturing group is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Group CFO to lead the financial operations across multiple entities. This is an opportunity to shape the company`s financial health, ensuring robust internal controls, efficient systems, and insightful reporting. Youll partner closely with senior executives, oversee strategic financial initiatives, and play a key role in driving operational excellence across all subsidiaries. Other duties include: Providing financial leadership and setting the direction for company-wide accounting policies, budgeting processes, and financial planning. Overseeing cash flow management, capital allocation, and investment strategies to enhance profitability. Spearheading risk management efforts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and establishing financial safeguards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, analyze ROI, and improve operational efficiencies. Leading a talented finance team, promoting professional growth, and optimizing their contributions to support strategic goals. Education: Qualified CA(SA) (non-negotiable) Job Experience & Skills required: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven ability in team leadership, systems oversight (preferably Sage 200), and implementing financial control processes.
