Job Summary
Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a reputable client in the mining industry in the North-West area to find a skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Practitioner. As a Clinical Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimise patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Prescribe medications and administer treatments
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Post-graduate qualification as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner (MSN, DNP, or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Clinical Nurse Practitioner is preferred
- Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic medical record systems
- Valid driver`s license and willingness to travel if required
