Job Summary

Purpose To assist with developing and maintaining the HR function. Personal Specifications ? Excellent Communication Skills ? Peoples Person ? Ability to work under pressure ? Accuracy and attention to detail ? Team player ? Problem solving skills. ? Ability to multi task and display dual focus ? Dedicated and Adaptable to Change Responsible for Developing & Maintaining the HR & Administration Function, including but not limited to; o Compiling of various Weekly, Monthend and Annual Reports o Preparation for Audits and developing of Processes to Close Off Findings o Planning & Conducting of Monthly & Other Events o Encourage & Promote Employee Engagement, Morale & Motivation ? Responsible for Maintaining of Headcount & Absenteeism o Maintaining Accurate Headcount within Budget o Track and Reduce Absenteeism Responsible for Labour Contractual Employees; o Arrange and maintain requests for Labour Contractual Employees. o Maintaining timesheets, overtime request and documentation. o Verify invoices on a weekly basis.
