Job Summary
- 0-2+ Years` post article experience
- LLB Degree
- Must be an admitted conveyancer or soon to be admitted
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (including NDAs, term sheets, sale agreements, shareholders` agreements and MOIs) and commercial property transactions
- Conducting and managing due diligence investigations
- Coordinating and managing the closing process of transactions
- Strong communication skills
- Strong commercial drafting skills
- Attention to detail
- Good commercial sense and interpersonal skills
- Must be well-organised and conscientious
- Maintain confidentiality
