We only operate in the Durban Port, we are looking for a well oriented individual, who can guide our security personnel in performing their job functions to the best of their ability.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Security Supervisor role located in Durban. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating security operations, implementing security policies and procedures, training security staff, and ensuring a safe environment for employees and visitors.QualificationsProven experience in security management or a similar roleExcellent knowledge of security protocols and proceduresStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to make quick decisions and handle crises effectivelyGood physical condition and staminaHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plusPreferably Males to apply due to the high risk in the Durban Port.
