- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of real estate markets and trends, particularly in the retail sector.
- Ability to develop and implement asset management strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong relationship-building skills with tenants, stakeholders, and internal teams.
