Job Summary
Duties &
Responsibilities:
- Registration of subdivision, consolidation, and servitudes.
- Drafting of commercial bonds (mortgage and notarial)
- Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including document preparation, client communication, and liaising with relevant parties.
- Handling bonds and transfers with precision and efficiency.
- Facilitating and Finalizing cancellations.
- Assist with property transfers and related legal procedures.
- Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of all conveyancing tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and files. Therefore, the candidate will have to have effective time management and organisational skills coupled with the ability to be detail-oriented.
Minimum
Requirements:
- Matric / National Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 Years experience working in a conveyancing environment
- Experienced paralegal with both transfer and bonds experience with FNB, Standard Bank, and Nedbank
