Job Summary
Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Manager . This key leadership role is responsible for driving store performance, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, strong business acumen, and a passion for customer service. Candidates who meet the below minimum requirements are invited to apply. Minimum Requirements Matric Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar retail leadership role Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, staffing, and sales target Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and address customer concerns Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Ability to analyze performance data and implement strategies for improvement A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and retail standards Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Lead, inspire, and develop a team of sales associates, supervisors, and support staff. Drive sales growth and achieve branch revenue targets. Implement merchandising strategies and ensure products are displayed according to company guidelines. Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to optimize sales and reduce waste. Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve any escalated customer issues effectively. Maintain high standards of branch presentation, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance. Analyze branch performance data and create action plans for continuous improvement. Report to senior management, providing regular updates on branch performance and key metrics. Manage branch expenses, budgets, and profitability, ensuring cost-effective operations.
