About the Role
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing a retail outlet in Bloemfontein, overseeing staff, driving sales, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role involves constant customer interaction, financial monitoring, and extensive travel for promotions and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales turnover – Target driven
- Ongoing marketing, sales research, and analysis
- Product analysis and marketing
- Attend and promote at shows, exhibits, and events
- Stock control
- Manage sales and daily depot functions

- Manage depot vehicles and equipment
- Manage all depot costs
Requirements
- Managerial experience in retail
- Proven sales background
- Reside in Bloemfontein with knowledge of Freestate demographics
- Knowledge of plumbing and building advantageous
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Physically fit with a valid driver’s license
- Computer literacy required
- Sober habits
- No criminal record
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
