Responsibilities:

Oversee leasing administration and manage financial accounts with accuracy and attention to detail. Conduct account and general ledger reconciliations, addressing audit inquiries efficiently. Resolve tenant-related queries, including levy and municipal statement concerns, promptly. Collaborate with solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders to monitor sales contract progress. Draft and prepare contracts as required. Leverage MDA Property Systems or Xero Accounting software; prior experience is advantageous. Respond to general, telephone, and email inquiries, providing exceptional support.
