Job Summary
Job Overview:
The Credit Department Intern will support the credit team by performing administrative and analytical tasks related to credit management and customer accounts. This role is ideal for individuals pursuing or having completed a BCom in Business Administration, offering valuable exposure to credit control processes within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
Credit Management
- Assist in maintaining accurate customer credit records.
- Support in the review and analysis of customer credit applications.
Data Entry & Reconciliation
- Accurately enter credit-related data into internal systems.
- Assist in reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Reporting
- Help in preparing monthly credit reports and customer statements.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Compliance
- Support the credit team in ensuring compliance with credit policies and financial regulations.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance for credit-related projects.
- Help organise and maintain files and records for the credit department.

Experience:
