Job Summary

Key

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers are kept informed on the status of their incidents and service requests at all times.
  • Record and manage reported incidents and service requests efficiently.
  • Provide first and second-line support, analyze issues, and resolve incidents.
  • Resolve incidents using workarounds, escalate when necessary, and close resolved issues.
  • Ensure solutions meet client expectations and confirm closure of service requests.
  • Issue hardware and install necessary software when required.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • Minimum MBO 4 (system management/service desk/ICT management)
    • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Desired:
    • Microsoft certifications
    • ITIL Foundations certification
