Hire Resolve`s client, a leading company in the property development sector, is currently seeking a dynamic Property Accounts Assistant to join their team in Cape Town.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable/receivable for property transactions.
Maintain financial records, including accurate data entry and ledger reconciliation.
Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for property projects.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and essential documentation.
Communicate with tenants, clients, and vendors regarding financial matters.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Requirements:
Languages: Proficiency in Afrikaans and English.
Experience: 1-2 years in an accounting or financial support role, ideally within the property or real estate sector.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent communication.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero).
Education: Relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Responsiiblities
Communicate with tenants, clients, and vendors to address financial inquiries and resolve issues.
Prepare and distribute invoices, receipts, and other essential financial documents.
Manage and process accounts payable and receivable for property-related transactions.

Maintain precise financial records through data entry and ledger reconciliation.
Assist in preparing budgets and generating financial reports for property development projects.
Requirements
