Job Summary
Location: Nationwide (Full-Time & Part-Time)Join GearFlex, the leader in car subscription services, and help clients find their ideal vehicle solutions. We`re hiring Lead Generation Specialists nationwide to work remotely, full-time or part-time, and grow with our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, and online engagement.Utilize proven techniques like BANT and HQL to generate high-quality leads.Maintain and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth hand-off to the sales team.Achieve monthly targets (minimum 8 successful sales) and earn bonuses from the 8th sale onwards.What Were Looking For:Experience in lead generation, cold calling, or sales.Strong communication and people skills.Goal-driven, self-motivated, and organized.Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).What We Offer:Pay: R5,000 R23,000/month (basic + commission).Flexible work optionsfull-time or part-time.Performance bonuses and potential for permanent employment after 3 months, with benefits like medical aid and car allowance.Ready to Join?If you`re ambitious, results-driven, and ready to grow, apply now and help us redefine car subscriptions in South Africa!
