Job Summary
Join out team as a Warehouse Intern for a 12 months journey. In this role, you’ll learn the ins and outs of warehouse operations while supporting our MPS processes, optimizing inventory, and gaining valuable technical know-how. What you’ll do: Excel proficiency is a large requirement of the role. Attention to detail essential. Disciplined and focussed on deadlines and accuracy in reporting. To receive, safely store, issue, package and arrange shipment of Client devices and peripherals. To complete, sign off, file, and submit all required warehouse documentation and reports, as per the Contractual Operational Level agreement. Your expertise: Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise. Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods. Works with a moderate degree of supervision. 1 – 2 Years Administration experience and Microsoft office Other experience: IT Hardware and Stock Control Experience – Soft Skills are essential Customer Service experience is essential Problem Solving skills required Qualifications required: Managed Print knowledge and some Technical Background Systems management Grade 12 Soft Skills Microsoft office (Excel) Qualifications preferred: ITIL 4 /ITIL Awareness – Certificate in Storekeeping and Stock Control Stacking and Storage Certificate Manual Handling Certificate Other information applicable to the opportunity: Fixed Term Contract : 12 Months Location : Midrand Work environment : Corporate Warehouse environment Physical demands : Moving printer devices Travel : No travel required other than to work Why work for us?
