Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Organize and prioritize design tasks, set deadlines, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact between architects, designers, engineers, and production teams, ensuring clear communication across all departments.
- Monitor the status of multiple projects, identifying potential delays or issues early on and proposing solutions.
- Evaluate architectural design drawings, specifications, and prototypes to ensure they meet the company’s manufacturing capabilities and standards.
- Ensure that designs comply with industry standards, building codes, and client requirements, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Attend client meetings to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and make adjustments to designs as necessary
- Assist in presenting design proposals or concepts to clients, ensuring that the vision is aligned with the company’s capabilities.
- Keep organized records of all design-related documentation, including drawings, revisions, and approval sign-offs.
Qualifications/
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field (Advantageous)
- Experience working in sustainable building design, Construction, Real-estate or Architecture.
- Solid understanding of building systems, materials, and construction processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
