Job Summary
Duties:
- Report production feedback on a daily basis
- Drive and ensure the daily production is planned a day in advance and that all records are reflected on the production book and dashboard
- Responsible for determining production standards for the company’s products by establishing quality control systems and setting product requirement rules
- Update the Quality Management system and set detailed guidelines on the processes for checking products
- Participate in root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with production teams to develop and maintain standard operating procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, quality metrics, and corrective actions
- Prepare and present regular quality reports on production, claim, rework statistics, NCR register, to senior management and relevant stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications /
Requirements:
- Eng Mechanical Engineering, B.Tech Degree Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
- At least 3 years post qualification experience in same or similar role in Automotive Industry
