Job Summary
Minimum
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Technical, or Construction discipline, or equivalent in Project Management.
- 5+ years of project experience in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management in mining or process plant environments.
- Proficiency in MS Projects, Primavera P6, and SAP.
- Certificate of fitness and site-specific induction.
- Able to obtain medical certificate of fitness and pass criminal screening
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Advanced skills in scheduling systems (Primavera), business improvement, and stakeholder management.
- Strong contractor and construction management capabilities.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and control multiple projects across smelters and plants, including hardware and software upgrades.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and governance standards.
- Conduct commissioning, handovers, and close-out reporting.
- Ensure compliance with legal and corporate frameworks.
