Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities Winning of new business by actively contacting prospective clients Identify and develop long-term relationships with institutional FX clients Work closely with FX trading desk to provide best execution to clients across a range of FX instruments Work well within a team environment to foster growth across a range of client types Prioritisation and organisation to manage the volume of clients Good understanding of Treating Customers Fairly and all regulatory requirements for both company and individuals Candidate should have solid knowledge of company products, target markets, and competitive landscape Build and maintain a successful portfolio of clients. Initiate, implement, develop and sustain the projects needed for Institutional Sales Onboarding of new clients Develop relationships with stakeholders across the various local offices Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum 5 years Institutional Sales experience within margin FX or agency model Strong sales track record with a demonstrable ability to go out and secure new business Solid client base which can add immediate value to the business Attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, strong communication skills including the provision of detailed statistics reporting Self-starter, ambitious and enthusiastic team player.
