Job Title: Recruiter (Technical) Location: Centurion – Hennopspark
Salary:
Market related Vacancy Type: Full-Time – This is not a remote /hybrid position Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required: Diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 5 Years of Experience Recruiting in a Technical Environment (preferably engineering field) A basic understanding of engineering disciplines Beneficial requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge in conducting technical interviews Ability to match the best technical candidates with the right engineering roles 5 Years of Experience Recruiting in an engineering field. Duties and responsibilities: Talent sourcing & recruitment Staying updated with trends in the engineering industry and understand the demand for specific engineering skills Organise and coordinate interviews with HR & hiring manager Work closely with managers understand their hiring needs and job requirements Keeping candidates informed and provide timely feedback Establishing strong relationships with universities and engineering groups By submitting your information and application you hereby confirm: That you have no objection to us retaining your personal information in our database for future matching/ POPI Policy.
