Job Summary

Position: Legal Secretary Location: Cape Town, Western Cape Minimum Qualifications Required: Diploma or certificate in Secretarial Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field. Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or in a related field. Minimum 3 years Dictaphone Typing experience Minimum 3 years experience in Litigation and High Court Experience Computer Skills Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Personal Skills Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Roles and

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to attorneys, including preparing and editing legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and electronic. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances. Handle telephone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and courteous manner. Prepare and manage court documents, including summonses, pleadings, and other legal documents. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. How to apply:
