Job Summary

An opportunity has arisen for a professional Receptionist. The role involves welcoming clients and visitors, managing the switchboard, coordinating meeting room bookings, and providing clerical support to ensure smooth front-office operations. Key

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and notify staff promptly. Answer and direct calls professionally, taking accurate messages when needed. Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are clean and prepared. Maintain the reception area, manage courier deliveries, and update internal directories. Experience & Skills: 3 years experience as a Receptionist in financial services or similar. 2 years experience as a switchboard operator. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Professional communication and exceptional customer service abilities. Qualifications: Grade 12 / Matric (essential). Secretarial Certificate/Diploma required; tertiary qualification advantageous. Personal Attributes: Friendly, patient, and client-focused. Discreet, composed, and professional under pressure. Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
