Job Summary
Group Payroll Administrator – Illovo. EE candidates only. Superb role for an experienced Group Payroll Administrator with a Matric (essential) ideally with or working towards a relevant Payroll or HR Qualification plus 4 to 7 years of inhouse Payroll experience within a major group. Financial acumen and understanding of basic accounting principles, strict attention to detail and an understanding of both the manual processes related to payroll as well as the automated processes is essential. Someone who is tech savvy is preferred as they are currently automating their processes across the Group. Be responsible for collecting, compiling and distributing employee payroll data and assisting the Group Payroll Manager with the payroll function for 30 companies in the group. This role would suit a mature, well-spoken and confident individual seeking to join a rapidly growing group.
