Job Summary
Requirements:
- Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering Degree or Diploma.
- 3 years` proven root cause analysis / technical problem-solving capability.
- 2 years` experience with CAD software.
- Sound understanding of the vehicle manufacturing process (Press Shop, Body Shop, Assembly, Purchase parts manufacturing).
- Advanced Microsoft computer literacy – eg. Excel, Power BI.
- Sound understanding of 3D dimensional measurement.
- Project management experience.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Conduct Dimensional analysis of Quality related concerns to determine root cause using dimensional measurement tools within the scope of QA Metrology.
- Assess and identify dimensional discrepancies in part condition according to drawing / CAD and provide timeous analysis results to support production activities.
- Drive product improvement activities in cooperation with Part Engineers and Project Purchasing.
- Project Management and Planning of vehicle project/new equipment related activities.
