OUTPUTS Kitchen Hygiene standards set Menu set according to Food Styling Guide and approved by &Beyond Food Fundi Work with the &Beyond training chef when visits are conducted and be feedback fit. Presentation as discussed and according to Styling Guide Up to date with Whats Hot & Whats Not for & Beyond Food Through the Tummy of the Guest Bops Proactive Maintenance Good communications with: All chefs All camp managers Heads of Department Lodge Manager Suppliers Good stock controls and stock rotation All fridges and refrigerators and storerooms to be kept locked Quality and quantity of snacks to game drives and Adventures to be checked Good interaction with Guests: Invite feedback Good interaction/ communication with &Beyond Food Fundis : invite feedback; exchange ideas; be suggestion-friendly; share experience Good Teamwork to be promoted Have Fun and be Flexible Always be approachable Be aware of & make your fellow chefs aware of special dietary needs for Guests. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS Good interpersonal skills Sense of urgency Passionate about guest delight Attention to detail Diligence and self-motivation to meet deadlines and keep on top of your job Willingness/ability to share information and teach and inspire others PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 2 to 3 years kitchen experience Passion for, creating fabulous food, and new ideas
