Job Summary
Requirements:
Grade 12 Diploma/Degree in Production Management, Logistics, or Inventory Management (advantageous) Valid Forklift License 3-5 years of management and supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong communication skills at all levels within an organization Excellent time management skills Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills Ability to network with customers effectively Good decision-making and troubleshooting skills Problem-solving ability Computer literacy
Responsibilities:
Schedule and supervise the activities of dispatch staff Assign daily/shift tasks and evaluate subordinate performance Ensure timely and efficient completion of all dispatch activities Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment Oversee inventory records and track inbound and outbound supplies Inspect and maintain dispatch/warehouse equipment and machinery Ensure all quality standards are met Maintain good housekeeping across the factory
