About the Role

Takora Pty Ltd is seeking a Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Namibia. As a key member of our sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our hardware retail store, including managing inventory, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and process orders
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

• Matric Qualification
• At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser
• Experience in sales (beneficial)
• Experience in hardware retail or Ruwag products
• Strong communication skills (English)
• English writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
