Job Summary
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical).
- Minimum 2 years work experience.
- Experience in project management or project coordination would be advantages.
- Experience or exposure to a workshop environment will be advantages.
- Knowledge of material forming and material cutting will be advantages.
- Knowledge of different material profiles and material grades will be advantages.
- Knowledge of different welding processes and the fundamentals of welding will be advantages
– Manage projects from concept to completion by identifying client opportunities and defining detailed requirements, including interpreting fabrication drawings.
– Source and negotiate with suppliers, coordinate with internal teams to prepare accurate quotes, and verify purchase orders.
– Oversee project preparation, material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and site installation, ensuring technical compliance, timely delivery, budget adherence, and effective communication across teams.
– Conduct client inspections and secure sign-offs at project completion, initiate invoicing, compile documentation, and prepare project and financial summaries for management.
– Maintain ongoing client interaction and liaison.
– Methodically assemble and submit technical and commercial offers or tenders on time.
– Continuously track, monitor, and report on commercial performance throughout project execution.
