Job Description

Provide legal and tax advisory services to local and international clients operating in Equatorial Guinea.Draft and review contracts, legal opinions, and corporate documentationAdvise on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and investment frameworks.Conduct legal research and provide updates on local legal developments.Liaise with government authorities and regulators on behalf of clients.Support regional and cross-border transactions under OHADA and local law and regulationsCollaborate with internal teams and contribute to firmwide knowledge-sharing initiatives.
