About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Associate to join our team at Mshindi Consulting in Equatorial Guinea. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal and tax advisory services to local and international clients operating in Equatorial Guinea, conducting research, drafting contracts, and advising on corporate structuring and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and review contracts, legal opinions, and corporate documentation
  • Advise on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and investment frameworks
  • Conduct legal research and provide updates on local legal developments
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulators on behalf of clients
  • Support regional and cross-border transactions under OHADA and local law and regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to firmwide knowledge-sharing initiatives
