Description:
Hire Resolve’s Client is currently looking for an experienced Workshop Foreman to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with supervisors to align on work priorities and operational needs.
• Perform routine tool inspections monthly and ensure service activities are carried out according to the planned maintenance schedule.
• Organize and coordinate daily service tasks, ensuring the availability of necessary tools and support equipment to complete work efficiently.
• Verify and sign off service records daily, especially for completed repairs or maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain accurate tyre pressures and manage the use and condition of support equipment.
• Keep maintenance records and equipment history logs up to date on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Valid Trade Test Certificate
• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/N6 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
• 8 years’ experience as an artisan with minimum 3 years’ experience as a Foreman.
• Valid Drivers’ License
