Job Summary

SJMdlalose (Pty) Ltd is seeking for qualified Carpenter and Bricklayer with passion and willing to grow within an organization. Applicants must reside around Germiston, East Rand Region or willing to relocate and ready for travelling. Should you not be contacted within 30 days of the closing date of the advertisement, please consider your application to be unsuccessful.Experience RequiredAt least 3-5 years experience in the construction of buildings after receiving Trade Test Certificate.Qualification requirements:Must Carpenter and Bricklayer Trade Test Certificate that has been issued by Department of Higher Education and Training or the Department of Labor.Duties and responsibilities:1. Adhere to architectural and structural drawings to ensure precise execution of their tasks.2. Establish foundations, levels, and layouts prior to the commencement of construction.3. Create formwork, frames, and roofs4. Construct walls and partitions using bricks or blocks.5.
