Primary DutiesPreparation of all export documentation and relevant certificates of conformance and other certificates that will be required by our customers and destination customs authoritiesRequesting of all documentation required for export from Suppliers / Customers.Assist to obtain all required export licenses or information required for each consignment, customer, and countryCommunication with Customers and Quality ControlEvaluate and apply all new customs related requirements for exports on an ongoing basisCheck and coordinate with Suppliers to establish an efficient export classification and prepare tariff scheduleAdminister all freight logisticsProvide optimal level of customer service and resolve all shipment issuesCorrect administrative duties to ensure documentation are available for future referenceCo-ordinate all 3rd party pre-shipment inspections of all outgoing cargoMonitor and provide response to all customs inquiries and requests and obtain required product certifications for all export products for customs clearanceEnsure correct usage and the accurate usage of HS codes.Review invoicing and related documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges and customs fees are billed correctlyManagement to be included in all communications, internally and externallyEnsure border documents are copied, compiled, handed to the drivers and are sent to the borders when dispatching of trucks.
