You will serve as a personal point of contact for guests, ensuring every detail of their stay is seamless, comfortable, and exceptional. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized, 5-star service to guests, ensuring the highest level of attention to detail Anticipate guest needs and preferences to provide discreet and intuitive assistance Manage guest arrivals, in-room check-ins, unpacking and packing services, and special requests Coordinate closely with housekeeping, concierge, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth operations Arrange reservations, transport, excursions, and any bespoke guest requirements Uphold the brands standards of presentation, professionalism, and confidentiality Maintain exceptional grooming and a polished appearance at all times Requirements: Minimum of 35 years experience in a luxury hotel, lodge, or private residence as a Butler, Guest Liaison, or VIP Host Impeccable presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Discreet; professional, and service-driven demeanour Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Strong understanding of luxury service etiquette and guest expectations Familiarity with Cape Town and the Atlantic Seaboard area advantageous Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays What We Offer: Competitive remuneration and benefits Opportunity to work with a high-profile clientele in a world-class hospitality setting Supportive management and opportunities for professional growth Stunning work environment overlooking the Atlantic coastline
