About the Role
As a Floor Manager at Novaxa Group, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring production performance meets targets while maintaining high quality standards. You will lead supervisors and staff, enforce rules and discipline, and monitor attendance and performance to drive productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Full floor management of daily operations and production performance
- Ensure shift targets are met and quality standards are maintained
- Lead supervisors and staff and enforce rules, discipline and productivity
- Monitor attendance, performance, timekeeping, and staff conduct
- Compile basic reports using Excel and communicate updates via Teams
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions
- Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff
- Work closely with management to ensure compliance and smooth operations
Requirements
- Strong leadership experience (non-negotiable)
- Previous experience as a floor manager / team leader / operations supervisor
- Strong computer literacy: laptop use, Teams, Excel
- Ability to manage conflict and enforce discipline professionally
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays if required
- Reliable, structured and performance-driven
