Job Summary
JOB TITLE: PLANT ADMINISTRATOR AND BUYERCompany: BULK MACHINE HIRE PTY LTD, a leading provider of earthmoving machines that provides surface mining expertise and services to the mining and construction industries nationally and internationally.Location: BAPSFONTEINJob Type: Full-timeWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrator and Buyer to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the efficient procurement of goods and services.
Responsibilities:
Buyer:1.Source and procure goods, services, and equipment for national and international sites2.Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers3.Manage and maintain supplier relationships4.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures5.Ensure timeous delivery6.Manage and Control StockAdministrator:1.Manage and maintain accurate records and databases of inventory and purchases2.Provide administrative support to the management team3.Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls relating to procurement4.Update and Maintain Supplier Database5.Prepare weekly and monthly order reports
Requirements:
