Job Summary
Job Overview:The Head Chef will lead our team and oversee all kitchen operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring food quality, and maintaining an efficient and positive working environment.Key duties include, but not limited to:- Menu development- Develop and manage food inventory systems – Work closely with the management team to align kitchen operations- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and compliant kitchen- Train and supervise kitchen staffThe ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene standards, and food regulations.Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef- Proven experience in Italian Cuisine- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is a plus
